Mursaat Agony skill
It's made me wonder weather or not its a real skill, I mean if it's a mursaat only skill wouldn't the skill disc say (monster skill) or something? Instead it has the normal skill layout, is it actually a real skill or did ANet just do this to confuse us?

I'm not sure. On the level's in Ring of Fire there are mursaat bosses, so you can try to steal it.
